Both Versions of the Nexus 4 Phone Sold Out in US PlayStore as Well

Earlier today, the Australian and UK versions of the Nexus 4 smartphone sold out within minutes of being up on their respective Play Store destinations. It looks as if the same thing happened for the US versions as well. Both the 8GB ($299.99) and the 16GB ($349.99) versions of the Nexus 4 are now listed as "Coming Soon" on the US Google Play Store site. All we can say is, "Wow! That was fast!"

Here's a link in case you want to pre-order instead: https://play.google.com/store/device...id=nexus_4_8gb

Where I'm at it still say in stock, even clicked the link just to see if I got one of the last ones but still said "in stock" and "add to cart" in the US BTW Missouri to be more precise if that matters

Says sold out on both the 8 and 16. Disappointment is all I can call this. Guess I'll wait a few weeks.

After my first post I read somewhere that it would still come up occasionally as it was still in stock. I can't help but to wonder how many phones they actually had to start with though since they sold so fast.

I would also like to see how many sold in each area on day one.
