    Nexus10 just stopped.

    Hi everyone,
    I have looked everywhere on here but cannot find the answer.
    I was using my Nexus 10 and then it just stopped in mid screen it will not go to menu it will not switch off.
    It has just stopped.
    Please can anyone help me.

    Have you tried holding the power button for a long time, like 30 seconds to a minute?

    My Nexus 10 does that at least once per use. Hold power down to reset like Jim suggests. My
    10 is well used and may need to be factory reset to refresh everything, you may want to look into that as well.

    Thank you for your replies, Amazon have said to return it for a refund that is what I have done. So now to either get another one or to check the market and see what catches my eye.

    Good luck, seems awfully drastic to return it because it froze. Androids do that from time to time.
    Hopefully you will find another item to work with.

    Hi everyone,
    thank you all for your kind replies, I have now sent my Nexus 10 back and have purchased a Samsung Galaxy tab S 10.5 which I am very pleased with. So I am sorry to be leaving this Forum and the best of luck to you all.

    Good luck with your new device. Hopefully when it freezes you won't want to return it as well. It's the nature of the beast we call personal electronics...
