My Nexus 4 disconnects from my car kit during calls after about 1 minute.
I hear I am not the only one.
Even though this would be a critical bug Google seems to ignore it.
That makes me think I am doing sth wrong.
Can someone please tell me how to fix this issue? I currently am unable to use any Bluetooth headset.
Only streaming music seems to still be working.
Problem appeared on update to 4.4.2
Please help this is very frustrating .
On 4.4.2 for me BT connects for me. Try going to settings/apps/all/Bluetooth share and wipe data. You'll have to reconnect your BT devices after.
I have the same problem. When i go to settings to follow the advice of Driod-Xer I get as far as apps but cant find "all " I've seen this problem many times before on these forums so I am sure there is a real fault with this phone. Are you going to admit there is a fault with the software? Regards Geoff

This is an independent forum unaffiliated with any manufacturer, seller, or carrier. We're just a group of owner/hobbyist/enthusiasts trying to help each other out.
The only 'admission' in this case would be from Google, a specific carrier (if applicable), or LG.
Since (to our knowledge) none of the aforementioned participate in nor monitor the goings-on here, this would probably be the last place you'd see such from any of them - unless it had already been published elsewhere.
Each of "them" have their own channel(s) of communication and feedback (email, phone, chat, forums). Utilizing those would be more effective.....

To get to "all" you need to swipe side ways in the settings....apps menu. When you first get there it will probably say downloaded on top..swipe sideways until it says all on top then scroll down.Quote:

Geoff, you may need to upgrade your software on your phone. Mine worked after the upgrade. Just go to settings and the about and see if there are updates available. good luck. Arvo
