I am unable to change the orientation of the screen when I turn the device. I have downloaded an app that allows me to change it manually but still won't change automatically

Welcome to the forum. A member on XDA had the same issue and his had a bad gyro, had to exchange it. Are you running stock or rooted?

It could be the rom. Make a backup and either go back to stock or try a different rom - that way you'll know for sure.

Has it been dropped lately? Mine happened after a fall; the gyro got stuck. A quick "pat" on the back and it's back to working normal for the last 5 months.
