    Nexus 6 Root Question

Have not rooted the device yet, was about to this weekend, but I have a question.. initial setup was a breeze with the NFC option from my Nexus 5.. when I root the Nexus 6, will that option still work or am I back to entering all the e-mail addy's manually.. have quite a few.. work, personal etc. Any insight? TIA

You can do it manually or use Wugs Took Kit.

That's what the engineers say when I talk to them.. "should work" LOL. Well, won't be the first time I've had to manually setup a device after rooting.. just getting lazy in my old age!!!

That's what I used. Used to do it with adb and various scripts but this is much easier. It's nice to know adb in case you get in a jam though.

NRT uses adb and fastboot and makes the rooting process very comfortable.
Think about using a build.prop editor.
After rooting I changed the the LCD density to 384, font size to huge and the WiFi interval to 200.
Less battery drain and Nexus 6 in tablet mode.
