Since I went to a ROM with tablet UI, I find I am using it more in landscape.

Portrait most of the time, landscape for video only.

    Landscape 90% of the time.

I use both. When I'm coding or text editing, I tend to have my N7 in landscape. Although, lately I've found portrait to be much more effective (i.e. more lines on the screen).

Using both, except when reading, then exclusively portrait.
