    New Nexus 10 User. Help

So I just got my NEXUS 10 in the mail last night and booted up and set up all my accounts. Signed into google and went to play store and immediately started downloading apps. Played around with it some more and yeah.

Well the "Gallery" app and there are 3 different folders...Camera, Instant Upload, and Buzz-mobile. Well under the Instant upload folder is like 465 pics and i have NO CLUE how they got there. Were they synced with my google account or something? Also, i open the folder and look at the pics and alot of them are junk and stuff i would like to delete but i click on the pic and there is no option to delete them. Do yall know anyway that I can delete some of these pics that I dont want that are in this folder?

    Thanks again for your help.

    Congrats on your Nexus 10!

The Instant Upload is sync'd through your Google+ account. You have an android device that is set to upload all pics to the instant upload (it is a setting in G+ app I believe). Delete the album on G+ and uncheck the Instant Upload on your devices and you should be good.

The other folder is either on G+ or Picasa. Look in both places, delete the album from there and you should be good.

I guess I had Google + on my RAZR before i rooted it but now that it is rooted I don't have it. I just unchecked the setting in Google + on my nexus 10 and then re- downloaded it on my RAZR to see if I had that setting checked on my phone and I am having some weird trouble setting the account up. But anyways I looked in my gallery on my tablet and the pics and folder is still there.

So I turned off the sync under the account settings and then went into the gallery and went to settings and made sure the sync is off. Excited out of the gallery and opened it back up the pics are still there. How do I delete them? Perhaps delete my Google account and then add it back again???

One would think turning off the sync would fix it, but it doesn't.

Log into your Google+ account using a web browser. Probably be best to use a real computer if possible. Go to your photos, delete the Instant Upload folder.

If you have any other Android devices that you use (phone?) make sure you turn off instant upload (Google+ app - Menu Key - Settings - Instant Upload).

See if the other album is in your G+ account. If so, delete that as well. Then sync the gallery and they should go away.

If the 2nd album is not there, go to Picasa.google.com and remove the folder from there.

Check the DCIM folder to see if you have thumbnails in there. You could also try clearing cache/data on the Gallery app.
