    Cannot move icons or widgets

My baby was working fine last night, I charged it to 100% and powered down. This morning after power up, I tried to move things on home screen but cannot. When I touch the icon or widget, it won't allow it to be moved. Things load from icons ok.

    Help

Yes, powered down and back up 3 times. It didn't help.

Hmm, try adding another icon or widget on the homescreen from the app drawer and see if you're able to.

That didn't help, how can I restore to factory defaults?

I'm having the same problem, but I think it's Nova Launcher. When I switch back to the default launcher the problem goes away. Still checking it out.

Yes, I had same issues with Nova. Uninstalled it and went back to stock launcher for now.

Even after factory data reset 2 times, still cannot move icons or widgets. Second factory reset I unchecked boxes to restore from google account.

It's hard to believe this is a hardware problem since everything else seems to be working. I can run programs from icons, just cannot move that icon. If I hold touch on icon, it don't go into the move mode it just opens.
