Looks like owners of Google Nexus 6P phones who have had the dreaded bootloop/battery problems with their phones are finally going to get something for their troubles. A class action lawsuit may be settled soon with payment of up to $400 each for owners of these troubled phones. See source below for more details.

Yesterday, Maksim Mukha, Program Manager for Google Assistant announced that Google Assistant will soon be coming to Android tablets running Android 7.0 Nougat and 6.0 Marshmallow, and to phones running 5.0 Lollipop. This certainly will breathe some new life into older Nexus devices! Apparently, the update will initially only be available to devices with the language set to English in the USA.
